Cancellations, refunds and returns
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your order. Luckily, for most products, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to notify Edge Clothing if you wish to cancel before your order has been processed and created. The following options are available for you to do this:
- Email orders@edgeclothing.co.uk and provide your name, order number and reason for cancelling as soon as possible;
- Visit our 'Contact' page and complete the form. Please ensure all required fields are completed, along with your order number, school or club name and reason for cancelling;
- Alternatively, you can call Edge Clothing's Scarborough-based team on 01723 585 837.
How do I return a product and arrange a refund or exchange?
All our garments are carefully sourced to ensure superior quality and durability for our customers. Goods that are personalised to your club's specific requirements are non-refundable, unless the garment itself is faulty. Edge Clothing does not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised goods due to: a change of mind, where any personalisation has been supplied or misspelled, the wrong size has been ordered at the point of sale as all our garments are created to order for all sports groups and clubs. Please double check when ordering that all the details and sizes are correct.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, then we may be able to offer alternative such as a replacement. If we are unable to do this then we will refund the item in full on receipt of it being returned.
